Accessibility Statement
We want the assessment and the workspace to be usable by as many people as possible, including with a keyboard or a screen reader.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
What we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. We have not undergone a formal audit or certification, so we describe this as an aim rather than a claim of conformance.
What we do today
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu.
- Colour choices intended to meet contrast requirements for body and interface text.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to small phone widths.
- Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
- Meaning is not conveyed by colour alone in reports and recommendations.
Known limitations
Some richer areas of the paid workspace involve dense multi-step forms that we are still improving. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we will prioritize it.
Reporting a problem
Email support@scalewithdirection.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will respond and, where we can, offer an alternative way to complete the task.
